Chris Murphy truly is an exceptional real estate agent. We were first time home buyers and from beginning to end Chris was extremely knowledgable and re-assuring. He really took the time to answer our questions and guide us through the home buying process. During our experience buying our home we did have some difficulties with the seller - being uncooperative etc. But this is where Chris truly shined as he helped moved things along smoothly and ultimately succeeded in getting the house we wanted. Any realtor can help you buy a house when things are easy and there's no hiccups -- but it takes a really special realtor to get things done and succeed in less than ideal situations. That realtor is Chris Murphy. Throughout the process he went above and beyond his duties to re-assure us and ensure we were protected. He even went out of his way to make a plumbing appointment when we couldn't be there and kept us updated. Both my husband and I really enjoyed the experience we had with Chris; he was personable and polite and answered our texts extremeley quickly - always within a couple minutes. Chris, you have lifelong clients as it would be an absolute pleasure to work with you again. I have already referred you to a family member and anyone I know who may be buying or selling a home I will refer you as well. Thank you so much for being a part of our first home buying experience. I write this review from our first house (thank you Chris!) and we couldn't be happier!!

Salwa was very professional and went above and beyond with everything involving the sale of the house. Thank you for your help!!!!
