This was my second sale of a home with Mark. He explains everything and kept me updated as the sale progressed. He was always available to answer any questions I had up to closing.

Maria was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. She got much more for the house than I was expecting and she made the entire process extremely simple. She even provided plenty of moving boxes to help with emptying out the house.

My experience with Mr. Fulks was exceptional he was very attentive to what I was looking for went above and beyond when I needed done being that I’m a out of state investor words can explain how helpful he was….. In the future if I do purchase more properties in Michigan I will definitely be using Shannon Fulks as my realtor…… If there’s anything more I can say about him is give that man a pay increase he deserves it………… 5 stars (my guy)
