Jen has been my realtor since 2006. In that time I have purchased 3 homes and sold 2 (and about to do #3) with Jen. She has also worked with my my mom on two home purchases and one home sale. We just don't trust any other realtor to help us make these life changing decisions. Jen always shows up with a positive attitude and answers all of our questions. She is patient with our decision-making process and always available to show us multiple listings. She does not push us to make any decisions we aren't ready to make and provides a lot of expertise around real-estate, mortgages, and home design/structure. Jen makes sure we negotiate the right items when managing through offers and always keeps the best interests of her client in mind. She is also very well-connected in the industry and can introduce you to someone reliable for anything you might need - from plumbers and electricians, to mortgage brokers, to design specialists. I feel so lucky to have worked with Jen all these years - as her guidance has recently helped me get into my dream. But, mostly I feel lucky to also call her a friend. She truly treats all of her clients like family and that is a big factor in why we keep coming back to her and recommending her to others!
