Jennifer Stillwagon

Jen has been my realtor since 2006. In that time I have purchased 3 homes and sold 2 (and about to do #3) with Jen. She has also worked with my my mom on two home purchases and one home sale. We just don't trust any other realtor to help us make these life changing decisions. Jen always shows up with a positive attitude and answers all of our questions. She is patient with our decision-making process and always available to show us multiple listings. She does not push us to make any decisions we aren't ready to make and provides a lot of expertise around real-estate, mortgages, and home design/structure. Jen makes sure we negotiate the right items when managing through offers and always keeps the best interests of her client in mind. She is also very well-connected in the industry and can introduce you to someone reliable for anything you might need - from plumbers and electricians, to mortgage brokers, to design specialists. I feel so lucky to have worked with Jen all these years - as her guidance has recently helped me get into my dream. But, mostly I feel lucky to also call her a friend. She truly treats all of her clients like family and that is a big factor in why we keep coming back to her and recommending her to others!

Working with Jen was a blast! Even though this current housing market is crazy, Jen helped us keep our sanity and found us our dream house. She was always available when we had questions or a house we just had to see. We loved working with Jen as she was always positive and she was right when you find the right house you'll know!

Jennifer has provided invaluable service to me over the past few years with a property I owned at 323 Waverley in Royal Oak. During the rental years she was instrumental in finding tenants and helping with any issues that came up. In 2022 when I decided to sell Waverley, Jennifer offered her knowledge and expertise to find a buyer when I had lost hope. The economy had turned on me and I was very discouraged. Jennifer talked me out of that frame of mind quickly. She was expert at looking on the bright side and her tireless energy got me through the tough times. She has a head for details and is an expert negotiator without being aggressive. She knows the real estate business and I trusted her advice and counsel. Her demeanor is friendly and uplifting. I am very thankful that I had Jennifer on my team.

Jennifer is always responsive. She was able to sell my condo in the first day. I’m an out-of-state owner and she handled all of the local nuances that needed to be done since my geographic location limited my availability. Great person and realtor.
