Paperwork was a breeze with her help and she was constantly offering help well beyond what would be expected. She was always pleasant, but straight forward and honest about what could be expected without painting pictures of rainbows and ice cream. Her professionalism and experience getting everything ready for listing and sale as well as after the sale and the closing made everything go very smoothly all the way to the closing.
