We appreciated David’s knowledge in the housing market and ability to be thorough when purchasing our new home. This home had many interesting circumstances and I don’t think we would have felt comfortable moving forward if David wasn’t so thorough on both the offer and protecting us as buyers. He also was extremely communicative with home warranties that we could do due to the oddities of this purchase. He truly is so organized and easy to work with each step of the way that made a very difficult process much easier.
