Never were we left waiting, always at appointments on time and even earlier to have it ready. Worked with our time schedule which I know wasn't easy. Patience beyond belief! We changed our minds over and over but she reassured us every time. After a very long year we finally found the property for us with susans help that fit all the criteria we originally started with!
