We worked with susan for a year possibly longer, touring multiple homes. New to this process she guided us through frustrations process protocol, and really helped us prepare for the steps ahead. Every time we found a property we really wanted to see, she would respond within an hour even after weeks of us not reaching out. Never were we left waiting, always at appointments on time and even earlier to have it ready. Worked with our time schedule which I know wasn't easy. Patience beyond belief! We changed our minds over and over but she reassured us every time. After a very long year we finally found the property for us with susans help that fit all the criteria we originally started with!
