I was looking to buy my first home and it turns out that it's a very difficult and scary thing. Sandy helped me through all the problems and processes. She was available to answer any questions and concerns I had at any time. She worked with me and my schedule to go to the showings and gave me pointers on what to look for. Without Sandy's help I wouldn't have been able to buy the house I wanted, in the area I wanted, for the price I wanted !! If your looking to buy or sell your home I strongly recommend Sandy Jones!

My daughter found this great lady to sell my home The love and commitment that she had working with us was above and beyond. We were not able to return home to sell our home, so everything was done long distance. She helped with finding documents that were over 50 years old to help close the deal. Linda, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts for everything!

Angela was helpful and responsive! She was positive and very supportive through my first home buying experience.

We are so pleased that we chose Kate to help us buy our home! We moved from out of state so it was important that we had a realtor that we could trust. Kate was thorough and responsive. She was great about FaceTiming us while walking through homes and giving us her honest feedback/opinion since we were not there physically to see the properties. She listened to our needs and wants about our future house and was able to come back to those each time we were discussing a property. Kate has a lot of connections in the Grand Rapids community and was able to provide references and suggestions for independent contractors. Kate helped us find our forever home but if we needed to move again, she would be our go-to for sure.

We would highly recommend Angie as a real estate agent! We were first time buyers and she made sure to walk us through the process step by step answering all of our questions along the way. She did an amazing job communicating with us throughout the process, providing knowledge on this difficult market, and ultimately finding us a home that we love!
