Patricia was one of two agents I interviewed the other one charge half as much but I went with Patricia because she presented herself as the ultimate professional and had her act together and then some. I was not disappointed and even Amaze of the things she did above and beyond. I had title problem with a vacant piece of parcel that was adjacent to where my home was and she drove hours to help get it cleared up after I emptied my house she had a company come in stage furniture. It looks so good without the Clutter I had updated furniture that I kind of wanted to keep the house then but it wasn't in my future.. if you wanted to now let's go professional, Patricia is at. Listed it on a Thursday and sold by Monday for the asking price, which was higher than I thought I would get.
