Me and my fiancé were new homebuyers to start the process. Erik was very helpful and answered all of the questions we had for him. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything and made sure everything was taken care of for us. Marcy and her team are highly experienced in all phases of the real estate market. Our real estate situation was rather unique and required a slightly different approach then was the norm. Marcy approached our needs and professional manner with the patience to maximize our net return on our property. I do not think that we could have done better with anyone else. This was our third partnership with Marcy which should speak volumes about her abilities navigating the real estate process.
