However the interior was showing its age and a 100 years of do it yourself construction. Karen stepped up and helped us from the start. Giving advice on what to do before listing, helping us find contractors and certification when we found foundation issues. Since we live out of state she met with contractors and coordinated estimates. She kept daily communication open sharing potential buyer reviews. Gave us advice on pricing and when to adjust.
