Monica did an excellent job keeping us all informed, including a brother who resides out of state, during every step of the process. Monica is very knowledgeable and efficiently handled all the intricacies of selling a property co-owned by five individuals. She went above and beyond the call of duty and exceeded our expectations in every respect.

He gave us so tips on how we can make our house more valuable. I was impressed with the beautiful pictures that the home photographer took. We had communication and he was always answering any questions we had.

Not sure who this agent is but it wasn't ours. Ours was Jody Barnhardt; who was the best, most organized and well informed agent in Grand Rapids, IMO.

I am very glad i was put into contact with Lani. She helped me through all of the tough parts and helped me pick a house I feel is perfect for me.
