She listened to our needs and wants about our future house and was able to come back to those each time we were discussing a property. Kate helped us find our forever home but if we needed to move again, she would be our go-to for sure.

He also set up a automatic feed for us for other properties that same day. He is willing to be flexible and take action immediately to submit offers, which is needed in this fast pace market.
