I really appreciate Mary’s thoroughness and her attention to detail. She was knowledgeable when I asked her opinion on what repairs would be important and which ones I did not necessarily need to consider. She’s a great communicator both with me and with the buying agent. She is so personable. She was great at understanding the market and getting me the best price. I also had a very short time on the market because of her expertise.

In a very limited inventory market, he showed an incredible level of patience and professionalism, never making us feel rushed or pressured at any point in the process. What truly set him apart was his ability to understand both my priorities and my wife’s, and then translate those into realistic options that fit our goals.
