First and foremost, Mary could write the book on all things real estate. Her knowledge of the field combined with her professionalism and friendliness blend seamlessly to create the best experience possible when purchasing a home. I faced many issues with my mortgage company and Mary was a fierce advocate for me when the process became riddled with inaccuracies and terrible communication. She was also patient with me when asking about a thousand questions and I never felt like a bother requesting a pause for clarification. The way she operates at such a high caliber is not only impressive, but incredibly comforting knowing that you are in good hands. I could not recommend Mary enough; she is an absolute must if you are looking to have a positive experience.

We first met Mary at a house for sale, as our son asked her to be his realtor. She was warm and welcoming. She let us look around, then pointed out many of the homes charming features. We asked the usual questions, taxes, the age of the boiler and hot water heater, etc. Mary is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. Our son decided the house would be perfect for him and he was going to be a first time homebuyer. Mary took the time to go over every step of the buying process. She explained every paper before our son signed, allowing lots of time for questions. Our son went to Advia Mortgage Center for pre approval before looking at homes. He was given an amount that would work within his budget. Then our nightmare began…. Our son’s lender kept recording the incorrect property taxes, the wrong PMI, etc. The closing was three weeks later than the original date. Mary made countless calls to the lender, lenders supervisor, sellers agent, Title Company, and others. Mary is AMAZING! Day and night she kept our son informed. After the closing, she compiled a list of companies that needed to be called to get accounts switched. My husband and I have purchased a few homes in the past 30 years. Never have we had a realtor work so hard to get a closing done. Thank you Mary!!

Mary handled the sale of my investment home with the utmost professionalism and grace. She was with me from start to finish…she helped me sort through repairs that needed to be made and even encouraged the contractors who were making the repairs when they most needed it. Her experience and ability to translate what the legal terms mean, dedication to her clients, and willingness to go above beyond—like when I had questions about best approach during repairs, she would stop over and share her professional opinion…was greatly appreciated. She is also kind and very thoughtful and loves what she does. She knew I wanted to find the “right” person to take over the home and she made it happen. She negotiated with the realtor, coordinated with the inspector, and was there at closing. She makes friends easily and made what could have been a very stressful experience into an ultimately enjoyable event. I was introduced to Mary a few years ago through a mutual friend. Since then, Mary has handled three other (all) transactions for me and I’ve witnessed her perform, what I consider, miracles…I’m blessed to know her and I have no doubt, if you work with her, you will be too.

Mary Sutton went above my expectations having to deal with a third party overseas to get all sellers and buyers contracts signed. Her knowledge in these matters was very helpful.
