We’ve worked with Cheryl for over a year now, when the first house fell through she jumped right in to help up find the house we bought. She was very understanding and didn’t push for anything we didn’t want. She listened to our wants and needs from a house and found us multiple houses that fit those parameters. She definitely does her research and will find what you are looking for, as well as keep her eyes out for houses that just come to market so you can jump on them and get to it before others. She was very patient with us on finding a house that we wanted and will never tell you no to seeing a House. She called and checked in through the whole house buying process and helped where she could even getting the house below asking price and getting us the most bang for our buck on stuff included in the house!! She was fantastic to work with and made us feel like we weren’t just another person wanting to buy a house. We would highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a house, especially first time home buyers like us!!

Chris has helped us in buying 2 homes, one for ourselves and one for a family member. He has always gone out of his way to listen to our wants and needs and help us find a Home that fits both.
