Chris has helped us in buying 2 homes, one for ourselves and one for a family member. He has always gone out of his way to listen to our wants and needs and help us find a Home that fits both. I have been impressed with Chris “hustle” to first earn our business and then to absolutely push our agenda and not his own. He always arrived early at homes to make sure the lights were on and that the home would present its best, even clearing snow or debris before we arrived. He stuck to the budget we gave him, presented offers we wanted to make ( even if they seemed low) and did not try to ever steer us out of our goals to meet his. He was knowledgeable about the market and helped us find other professionals as they became needed. We did not know Chris previously, we him at an open house and found he was more willing to listen to our wants and help us fill them than other realtors had been. My husband and I have bought many homes, together and separately and we both agree that Chris is the best agent we have ever had. Chris will always be our “go to guy” and he keeps in touch from time to time without ever seeming intrusive! We recommend him to anyone we know who is looking for a home.
