We first met Chris in February, not quite sure what area of town to pick or style home we wanted, he guided us through the process with patience and expertise. He was proactive and responsive throughout the process of viewing homes and making offers. Chris has a very calm demeanor and did not pressure us at any time. In April, Chris navigated us through a few offers and was supportive. When we finally decided on our new home, Chris assisted with contacts for every step of the way. We can’t thank him enough, he made a stressful decision and process much easier and we will definitely request him next time we are in the market and recommend him to family and friends in the area. Kevin is the best agent there is; hands down. We have worked with him on purchasing our last two homes. He also helped us sell our last home. Kevin is incredibly responsive. Michele recently me sell some vacant land. It ended up being much more complicated than we expected, but Michele was very determined to see it through.
