This is our fifth time buying a home in the last 18 years and we have never had a better experience doing so than with Peyton Baxter with the Ginger Baxter group. She was always available, always fighting to get us the best deal and made us very comfortable with the entire process. It was just easy the from start to finish. We highly recommend her and her agency for anyone in the market for a home. She’s the only agent that has truly taken care of us, made sure everything was perfect, and didn’t treat us as just another transaction. Thank you Peyton!!

We had an outstanding experience working with Peyton. She was very responsive, and truly committed to helping us achieve the best possible outcome. She was very professional and dedicated. She took the time to understand our needs and, whether it was negotiating, scheduling, or answering questions, she was always available and proactive. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend Peyton to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy realtor.

A positive experience and Ginger and her agents promoted our property well. Our condo actually sold twice. Unfortunately, just 2 days before closing on the first sale, the buyer fell and had a head injury which revealed brain cancer. This necessitated their withdrawing from the purchase. Ginger immediately activated the market listing. It sold again soon after and this closing went well. The buying realtor and Ginger’s Group worked well together. We would definitely recommend Ginger Baxter Group as a listing agent.
