We had such a great experience with Tim! He is incredibly knowledgeable and truly goes above and beyond for his clients. He was almost like a dad during the home buying process, pointing out things to look for, explaining how something could be fixed, and letting us know whether it would be a simple fix or something more expensive. Even after we closed, he continued to go above and beyond. He surprised us with a thoughtful gift and even had all of the locks on our new home changed for us. He is such a genuinely sweet guy who really takes care of his clients and is always there to answer questions, even after you’ve bought your home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!
