She recommended several small improvements that we could do right away towards selling our home, and we discussed the next steps in a way that put us newbies to selling our house at ease. This was our first experience in selling a home, and Amy made us feel at ease the entire way though with her guidance and frequent communication as she helped us gain feedback from each visitor. She has excellent communication skills and is very prompt in responses and feedback. Then, we had had such a good experience with the selling of our home, that we used her help in buying the next one. She is very professional, efficient, and has an eye for detail. Amy is always prepared. She does superb market research. When buying the home, she was not pushy but allowed us freedom to explore. Once we found a home, she provided a variety of recommendations for highly qualified individuals to assist us in the services towards closing. She has great connections in the Fenton/Grand Blanc area. She is a very likeable person who I will wholeheartedly recommend to anyone who needs a realtor. Top rating!!
