I called Sada in the morning and asked to look at a cabin that day! 4pm we looked at the cabin and closed on it less than a month later She is the best!! I will use Sada for all of my real estate adventures!

Working with Carol Murtha was one of the best experiences we have had in a long time. Carol was always available to go to the house we were trying to purchase. Her knowledge and friendly attitude was great! Carol would answer her calls when she was able to. If she was busy she would send a text saying she will call when she had a moment. We were never left hanging. When we needed answers to our questions she answered them right away. If she didn’t know, she would find out and get right back to us. Beyond being a realtor she was like a best friend. She would drive an hour away when we needed her to with no complaints…what a wonderful/sweet person she is. Great to work with. I would recommend Carol to anyone who needed a good realtor. Thanks Carol for ALL your help and compassion you gave us…even after we closed on our home. ☺️

Melissa knew the market and kept us abreast of the process all the way through closing.

We have had the best experience working with Melissa over past year. She is an exceptional person and agent who truly understands what it takes to build a strong relationship with her clients. We trust her completely and look forward to working with her on any future endeavors!

She was honest and answered every question we had. If we needed to meet with her she always came with reassurance and answers. She was extremely knowledgeable which calmed our anxiety. We would recommend over and over again.
