Melissa Nesmith was absolutely the best! She deserves 10 stars. Melissa was with us every step of the way. She kept us up to date with everything she was doing to get us the most out of our property. Any time I would think about calling her to ask a question or get an update, she would beat me to it, like she was reading my mind but it is just because she is that good at what she does. She stayed on top of everything. I would recommend her to anyone!

Melissa knew the market and kept us abreast of the process all the way through closing.

We have had the best experience working with Melissa over past year. She is an exceptional person and agent who truly understands what it takes to build a strong relationship with her clients. We trust her completely and look forward to working with her on any future endeavors!

We had never sold a home before, but knew our good friends had used Sada in the last when selling their homes. So we decided to work with her when selling our home. Sada is such a hard worker and was readily available to us throughout our entire home selling process. She is thoughtful, kind, and considerate when working with her clients. Sada tries to do what is best for the families she is working with, not just whats best for her. She is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. Sada made the entire process seamless. She also helped us purchase our new home. We will definitely use Sada in the future!

Carol helped us handle the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new home. We can be a little extra and this was the first time we were going through the process. The house we were selling had a solar lease and we found out how to navigate this with Carol. We appreciated every aspect of professionalism and personal touch that Carol provided. We never want to do this again but if we had to we would go back to Carol every time.

I would highly recommend Tony Holguin to handle the purchase or sale of a house. He made the process easy and stress free. Also he very timely when i text or called with questions. I was saling a house, he made it virtually a stress free process.
