My house needed a lot of TLC with little budget to fix and she was able to sell my house within four months at a fairly good price that I was very happy with! Jeneifer is very caring for her clients as well, and that's important to her because I've seen her actions and heard her words towards to her clients! I promise you for sure, is that she will NOT disappoint you, because she truly cares! And she means well! ❤️

Her communications were outstanding. She kept me updated as soon as she had news. She understands all aspects of buying and selling and helped me with challenges I was facing. She knew exactly how to position my offer to help me in a unique situation. She was in my corner all the way and wanted to help me buy a home that was perfect for me. She went as far as to go show me a home on Christmas Eve, in an effort to acquire the home that checked off all my boxes, especially when I wasn't actively looking to buy.

Jennifer began our journey with a level of professionalism and comfort that in my humble opinion, is hard to find these days. Explanation of the process was smooth and uncomplicated. She laid out what I could expect from her and the Tremaine Reality Team, and the bonus was she made herself available 24/7 throughout the process. Having access to all of her resources was one of the may saving graces. The Property had an abundance of online hits due to the picture perfect layout, of the photos of the home, polebarn and landscape, no wonder the biding war was so intense. The showings were conducted with precision, sold in 3 day days. The closing was a breeze, met new owners and could not be more pleae. If you are serious about selling your property look no future Relator Jennifer Tremaine and Team are the one for you. Thank you Jennifer for going above and beyond and helping me, to find a sense of normalzey to life again. In my book you are simply the Best! Respectfully, Kacey Seay
