Brett was fantastic. This was an extremely emotional time for us, as our dad had passed away and we were selling his home. There were so many steps when it came to the estate, but Brett was very helpful with his guidance, and patient when multiple curve balls were thrown our way. He had helped my brother with a home sale and land purchase in the past, and we will certainly refer him again. He made an extremely bittersweet process a little less painful.
