Joan helped me find a place quickly and efficiently. After we first spoke and met she understood exactly what I was looking for in my next home. Even when I got frustrated at times Joan always kept me positive and made house hunting fun. She was with me every step of the way and always felt she had my best interest at heart. I would highly recommend Joan for anyone who needs a realtor. She’s the best

After we signed the agreement with Joan, Joan told us to just sit back and relax because she has it from here!!! And boy, did she ever!!! Within days, beautiful pictures were shot and an unbelievable introduction of our property was presented through all media. The property was introduced first with a “Coming Soon” layout, followed by an Open House on the day it hit the market. At that Open House, we received 3 over asking price offers!! After deciding on our offer, all we had to do is meet her at our closing to sign a few papers, and BAM-here’s your check! This woman is amazing and you are missing the opportunity of a lifetime if you don’t choose Joan to represent you in your real estate selling process!! Thank you, thank you, thank you Joan for all your behind the scene, hard work!! You’re the absolute BEST!!!

From the start she was up front with us on what we should do when listing and did her research helping us look for new homes. Joan was there answering every question. Near the end we had some issues with the home seller on our new place. Joan went above and beyond to help us get through it, even after closing. She fought for us so much and I am so glad we were able to have her on our side.
