After we signed the agreement with Joan, Joan told us to just sit back and relax because she has it from here!!! And boy, did she ever!!! Within days, beautiful pictures were shot and an unbelievable introduction of our property was presented through all media. The property was introduced first with a “Coming Soon” layout, followed by an Open House on the day it hit the market. At that Open House, we received 3 over asking price offers!!
