This deal was a challenge. Sellers were out of area and listing agent hard to reach. Ivy stayed with it!!! Times I wanted to walk away she reeled me back in and solved every problem calmly and cheerfully ❤️ Location was #1 priority for me. When we pulled in SHE knew it was perfect for me and my dog before I did!!! I would choose her as a dear friend AND an agent without a second thought. It’s a tough occupation and she remains kind and steady no matter what!
