Was looking to rent a home Feb of this year, reached out on social media with the intent of looking for a rental on a couple local pages. Rhonda was the first to reach out to me and suggested buying with my budget and price range. I have rented for 20 years previously and had no idea of how the process would play out. She explained everything very well and seemed like she made it a personal goal to get me and my kids into a good home that we would be happy with. Constantly shared properties that were consistent with what I was looking for. She was knowledgeable of the area, and did right by me every chance she had. Kept a great attitude and always had a smile on her face. Through the process of submitting documentation, waiting on underwriting, inspections you name it she was always there with the information I needed and always available if anything came up. A couple issues post closing she was there to ensure everything was completed and helped every step of the way. If you’re looking for a new home, give her a shot, you won’t regret it. I met Rhonda by accident, but it was a blessing that I did. She immediately makes you feel like family and then she goes above and beyond for you.
