Words cannot express our appreciation, gratitude, and respect that have for Dave and everything he has done for our family. No agent works harder. He knows real estate and he knows how to handle lenders. He sold our former home fast and was with us every step off the way as we bought our new home. Dave took the time to help us not only sell but fix our credit report and he negotiated a better deal when it came to our mortgage. He has so many resources and we didn't even have to worry about who to find for inspections, loan options, insurance......you name it he can help. We just closed on our home and Dave made it happen for us. We are in a better and more stable position because we had his expertise guiding us. We were in good hands and anyone he helps will be in good hands too.
