Randall worked us through a pretty grueling year of house hunting and selling as we left our condo for Detroit's North End. We toured over 20 homes all over the city, with Randall being instrumental in appraising construction details and forensically analyzing what we see in every room, basement, exterior. Through the process Randall was also fun to hang out with and it felt like we could have candid conversations about what we’re seeing in every home, strategies for negotiating sale terms, and generous sharing of wisdom both in real estate and the nuance of construction as we were seeing it. I hope I never sell this house to look for another but if I do and Randall isn’t retired and kicking it on a beach somewhere I will absolutely call him again!
