Steve put my mind at ease and walked me through each step of the process multiple times. I even ran into some car trouble on one of the home visits and Steve helped me get to a shop and then home. He drove me around the next day as it was being fixed so we could still look at homes, ultimately finding the one that I loved and purchased.
