She responded quickly to our questions and found out the answers for us if she didn't know them. She also educated us in the buying process and the housing market since we hadn't purchased a house in 44 years. She took the extra time with us to make sure we knew every step along the way. She was always prompt at our viewings and helped us to see the good and bad in the house. I would definitely use her again and refer her to others. She made it a more pleasant experience.
