It was a pleasure working with Kristin on the purchase AND sale of our home. She was there when we bought the house and when we sold. In both cases, she was very generous with her time, whether it was showing houses or staging open houses when it came time to sell. She certainly has a firm knowledge of the market and provided us with accurate expectations of what we could anticipate buying within our given price range, or what we could expect to get for our home at the time of selling. Kristin was always available when we had questions or concerns, evenings, weekends, it didn't matter when. We connected with her based on a reference from a friend, for which we were very thankful indeed. My wife and I would be happy to work with her again if the need arises, and we absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone else in need of a solid real estate agent.

Kristin was referred to us by the community we moved to, and from the very first meeting, we knew she was the real estate agent for us. We explained we had two bad experiences with homes we had sold in the past, and she treated us with kindness and understanding, reassuring us this home sale would not be like the other two. She was right! Actually, she was right about everything, from the price, to how long it would take to sell, and even the buyers! She picked them as the potential buyers during an open house after talking with them, and sure enough, they bought our house. Kristin even sat with us at our closing to make sure nothing went wrong during the sale, and we continued to ask her questions with speedy replies even after we closed on the house. We recommended her to a friend as well, and we would recommend her to anyone. She's now become a personal friend of ours.

Kristin was aggressive in the pricing of the property and was very open to any input we had for her. Her responsiveness was top notch and she helped us negotiate an awesome sale. Highly recommend her!
