Sam made us feel at ease from the beginning of the home buying process. He was able to schedule a private walkthrough for us as the house came on the market. He gave us educated opinions concerning any "necessary" work that may need to be done (not just cosmetics). When it was time to put our offer in, he walked us through what to expect and how to handle the "bidding war" negotiations. We found out it's not always about a bigger price tag; sometimes the seller wants other concessions. We liked the way Sam ran our purchase that we had him sell our condo as well.
