Donna’s market knowledge is outstanding; she has a firm & accurate understanding of home pricing and the timing of when to market it and for how long. The Pricing of the home was within $10K from list asking price to the final sales price. She generated 2 qualified buyers, of which one bought the home. Donna’s communication is outstanding, she kept everyone informed of what was needed, how to complete the task, and when it was needed. She also took it upon herself to coordinate appointments, inspections, & work to be completed. This property for sale needed a lot of work to be done to complete the sale. The sale of this house took over 5 months to complete. She was always proactive informing the seller & buyer of what was happening and what the next step would be. Donna on three separate occasions coordinated with and met with the contractors to verify that the work they provided and requested payment for was completed and done in accordance with the contract & what was said. On one occasion she even physically went into the 2-foot-high crawl space. Donna’s professionalism is also Outstanding. Every time we faced a challenge or obstacle she would have an answer with resolution.
