ABOUT DONNA: Donna began her real estate career as an investor in 2008, upon her return to the US from the United Kingdom, where she was a Plant Director for General Motors from 2004-2008. Having worked primarily in factories at GM since 1980, Donna had the opportunity to hone her negotiation skills over a 29-year period. She has been able to apply her vast experiences from the automotive industry to benefit her clients in the real estate industry. Beginning in 2011, as a Licensed realtor, and subsequently as an Associate Broker, Donna has worked tirelessly to standardize and continuously improve her systems to develop top results for her clients. The goal is that each client feels like they are her only client with a level of care that makes them feel like they are family. This is where the mantra “service you will appreciate” was born.
ABOUT David Riemenschneider: As the owner of Birmingham Bloomfield Masonry for 25 years, David developed an expansive knowledge of home construction. Upon the family’s return from the UK in 2008, David’s full-time attention shifted to renovating (“flipping”) homes. This allowed him to work side by side with other professionals and develop a trusted list of suppliers and contractors. By focusing closely on high quality finishes, the renovated homes sold in record time. In 2013, David became a licensed realtor to support Donna’s growing real estate business, primarily attending listing interviews and buyer home showings & inspections. His strong foundation in construction, deep knowledge gleaned from attending hundreds of home inspections, and trusted network of contractors & suppliers have made David a true asset to home buyers and sellers, especially when resolving occasional issues during home inspections and listing readiness.
