My husband and I absolutely loved working with Karen! She was incredibly patient throughout our entire house hunting process, and even when we started feeling frustrated, she kept us grounded and reassured us that we would find the right home - and we did! As first time homebuyers, we naturally had a ton of questions, but Karen never once made us feel like anything we asked was silly or too much. She'd even offer knowledgeable, real-time feedback during showings and pointed out small details we never would have noticed on our own, which made us feel confident and trust her opinions even more. Karen always made us feel like we were her top priority and truly cared about finding the right fit for us. Karen was amazing! She had a folder with all the information I might want about what places had sold for in the area, an estimate of how long my place was expected to be on market, and what to expect during the process!
