Jeannette Aguilar helped us market and see our condo in Miami Beach. I want to share our experience with her and this transaction. First, Jeannette suggested a sale price way over what we had in mind. We hesitated but she told us to trust her. We are so glad we did. Within 2 days we had several offers at full price. The first offer was challenging due to issues with buyers and it it did nor go thru. Jeannette quickly negotiated with the other offers and we finally closed on a cash deal at full price. We have dealt with agents before Jeannette but have never had an agent that truly worked for our best interest. She could have easily secured another deal at a lower price but she persevered and got us a deal much better than we had been told by other agents. I highly recommend her, for her work ethic, dedication, knowledge of the market and negotiation skills. Excellent all around!

Second home purchased with Ms. Ortega. Once again very pleased with her work. She is efficient while handling all of my concerns before, during, and after my purchase. In this current buyers market my husband and I became very overwhelmed, yet she counseled us through out the process which helped us feel more at ease. Choosing the best home was a challenge based on our needs but she truly executed the task at hand. I’d recommend her to any buyer and/or renter, as I have asked for her to rent out our other home.
