In the past I felt that 3% fees were high for realtors. Until now. I tried selling our property for nearly a year. First "by owner" - I had a buyer that took 4 months of time and backed out at the last minute. She gave me the direction I needed - the changes, improvements, staging ... all the steps I had not taken she made crystal clear. As well as the things not to do. This was what I needed. Then she explained to me what the market price was for my property - I had previously listed it at the wrong price. I trusted her and followed her advice. In ONE WEEK we had an offer. I could not believe it. The communication is amazing with Elizabeth. Regular updates. Late after hours calls if things popped up (they always do) - she's so profoundly dedicated to the client, it's difficult to overstate it. She recommended the best attorney I've had the pleasure to work with - like Elizabeth, he also was a rockstar. Elizabeth is one of a kind - knowledgeable, dedicated, effective, friendly.
