When deciding to move forward with purchasing a home, you never come to contemplate all of the facts behind the whole process. We all dream about moving in and all the happiness and excitement, not knowing that real state market is currently a though one, and even though my fiancé and I were financially ready to move forward and make this dream come true, sometimes I hesitated with all the craziness going around and the current market fuzz and overpriced properties.
