Liz was very precise about all the requirements that needed to be met before we moved to the next level. Liz oversaw every financial transaction making sure that funds and documents were all intact before giving the ok. During the actual contract, Liz was there listening and intervening whenever she felt necessary, making sure that my interests were well represented. The sale was completed in a very reasonable time frame and with as less stress for me as possible. Liz also proceeded to call me 3 times just to make sure the funds were transferred properly before handing the keys to the new owners.
