I don't think I am going to be able to accurately portray the truly positive experience that we had with Deborah throughout the whole process from start to end. Deborah was very honest about how to show the home and price the home. She was spot on with all of her advice. We were under contract with the first open house with a good offer. The buyers were very "high maintenance", for lack of a better word, which drove me crazy, but Deborah maintained professionalism and a positive attitude the entire time. She made herself available no matter the day of the week or the hour of the day. She responded to texts and emails in a matter of minutes every single time! Without her I would have lost my mind. At closing, she brought us a gift that showed us that she paid attention to details in our lives that meant something to us. This was the 5th home that we have sold, and we've always done for sale by owner. I don't think I would have made it through this one without her! If we ever decide to sell again, I will not hesitate to have her list it for us.
