Deb called the next day with property in same area that met all our needs. We loved it and quickly closed on the townhouse. Looking for a new home call this lady. Kathy was always in touch with me and making sure we kept things moving along. She touched base with me every update and even when there was no news to share. She was great when looking at houses and has a great knowledge of the area! I wouldn’t say we had the easiest closing, but she handled it anmazingly and made sure I was getting the best deal. 10/10 would recommend over and over again!!

Just want to say stuck it out was an understatement...Sailing in a destination that was known but the timing and arrival was not. She helped exponentially in all aspects. I deeply appreciate all of her extra support.
