Janie was a very good real estate agent and acting landlord. She helped make my transition/ relocation super easy. She was prompt in addressing my inquiries and needs - especially with a plumbing issue that became a larger project than what was expected. I appreciated her kindness and willingness to assist when needed. She will be an asset for any future management opportunities.
