George did an excellent job selling my father's house! When my father moved to an independent senior living facility and needed to sell the house he lived in for over 60 years, we turned to George because of his experience and good reputation in the community. George provided outstanding professional service from our first contact with him, through the negotiation process, the closing, and beyond. Every time I contacted George, he responded quickly to my text, email, or telephone call. George grew up in Charlotte, has worked in its real estate market for 28 years, and has extensive knowledge of the local market. Considering the condition of the house when it sold, we got more than expected from it, due in large part to George's excellent negotiation skills. The fact that George was able to negotiate a good price during the COVID-19 pandemic was impressive. I would recommend George to anyone who is looking to buy or sell real estate in Charlotte or the surrounding area.
