My husband and I had an amazing experience working with Carmen Brooks. She helped us both purchase our first home and sell it six years later! From start to finish, Carmen was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. She gave excellent advice on pricing, staging, and a marketing strategy for our home, which sold quickly and over asking. When it came to selling, Carmen guided us through every step of the process with patience and expertise. Her attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and genuine care for her clients truly sets her apart. We always felt supported and confident that we were in great hands. We highly recommend Carmen to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Buying my first home was a rollercoaster — weird market, tough competition, and plenty of ups and downs — but having Mallory on our side made all the difference. She went above and beyond every step of the way, guiding us through each offer, keeping our spirits up, and making sure we were always at the top of the stack when it mattered most. What could’ve been a stressful, confusing process ended up being exciting and smooth because she handled everything. Mallory stayed on top of the details, moved fast when we needed to, and made sure we felt supported from start to finish. We’ve known Mallory for years, and seeing her in action just confirmed what we already knew — she’s the real deal. If you want someone who’s sharp, dependable, and genuinely cares about getting you home, she’s your person.

Pressley went above and beyond when she listed our house. She is constantly checking in and took care of everything needed for the house. I had to juggle parents illness and work travel during that time. Pressley had definitely helped eliminate a lot of the stress of the process. Our house was only in the market for 2 days before we got close to our asking price offer.

As a first time homebuyer, I’ve always been afraid to take the leap to buy a home. For years I would look and Carlton was patient enough to take me around and ask the right questions to get an idea of what I was looking for although I didn’t know myself. But then I found the perfect home and he held my hand and walked me through the process and I closed within a month. He was patient and answered all of my questions and I felt relaxed the entire time. Thank you, Carlton.
