I had an estate sale and I had very little knowledge about selling a house. Carolyn was great I interviewed 3 Real estate companies and lucky for me I picked Wolfe because of Carolyn. She is very knowledgeable and explains it so anyone can understand. I didn't have a lot of time to take care of things at the house we were selling. Carolyn arranged to have the fire alarms inspected had the house cleaned and prepared for the open house. Anything she said she would do she did without me asking her a second time. We sold the house for the asking price ( which was the highest price of the 3 Real estate companies I talked with). Carolyn made the selling of my parents home painless and worry free I would highly recommend her to anyone. It was a pleasure dealing with her and I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again. Jim

She found the house we now call home in our perfect location and advised on a successful offer. in a hot market She somehow managed to save the purchase of our new home despite some tricky and trying obstacles on our end through her close working relationship with the Sellers' agent, when we thought for sure it would fall through. She and her colleague Casey also successfully expended tremendous efforts to sell our unique old house in a lukewarm market.
