But everything went smoothly. Excellent communication to keep everyone on same page. Felt good about the pricing and handling of negotiation process. Ed payed attention to details that I did not think of and went above and beyond (going out of his way) to help get things done that were needed. Also had a good rolodex of professionals to help us where needed (lawyer, cleaning, yard work).
