Ed was very helpful from the beginning to end of the process. This was a unique situation where dealing with two co-owners going through a divorce and also during a pandemic. But everything went smoothly. Excellent communication to keep everyone on same page. Felt good about the pricing and handling of negotiation process. Ed payed attention to details that I did not think of and went above and beyond (going out of his way) to help get things done that were needed. Also had a good rolodex of professionals to help us where needed (lawyer, cleaning, yard work).

Danny was fantastic in facilitating our search and helping us get our home. I met Danny socially around the time we were looking for a house which was incredible luck for us. After patiently answering my questions over several weeks about how we should go about our search Danny helped set up an alert for the exact parameters of the home we wanted. When a match came up he excelled by getting us a showing before the open house. With 9 other competitive bids on our house we won out in no small part due to Danny's help. Closing was a breeze and Danny's network of contacts was invaluable in their assistance as well. If i ever needed an agent in the future (or for a friend) Danny is at the top of my list.
